County Rd Y Construction from State Hwy 76 to County Rd A
The detour to the JP Coughlin Center will be State Hwy 76 (EASTBOUND only) to County Rd Y; County Rd Y to Butler Avenue; and then to the JP Coughlin Center.
Exit the JP Coughlin Center to Butler Avenue to County Rd A; County Rd A to Snell Road; and then Snell Road to STH 76.

Direction of travel on COUNTY RD Y for local traffic and emergency vehicles will change as the project progresses. Updates will be posted on the County website http://www.co.winnebago.wi.us/ as changes occur. The project is expected to be completed by September 2009.

By attending a Get Checking workshop you can sharpen your financial skills and qualify for a checking account. Get Checking workshops offer a convenient way to open a checking account, even if you have never had one, or had problems with one in the past. The next workshop is scheduled for August 13, 2009 from 9:00AM-Noon at M&I Bank, 50 Pearl Ave., Oshkosh. Winnebago County, with the assistance of CiviTek Consulting, is embarking on a major project to rewrite its Town/County zoning code and replace it with a modern, user friendly, zoning code. Rent Smart Workshops provide practical education to help people looking for rental housing to acquire and keep decent housing. Rent Smart emphasizes skills that may help tenants avoid legal confrontations. It stresses tenant and landlord responsibilities and the advantages gained from viewing the landlord-tenant relationship as mutually beneficial rather than confrontational. Workshops feature hands-on activities and guest speakers from community agencies including Legal Action of Wisconsin and the Financial Information Service Center (FISC) which offers consumer credit counseling. The Oshkosh Collaboration Work Group brings together agencies and organizations throughout Winnebago County to help meet the needs of individuals and families. Meetings are held monthly , September through June, the 4th Monday of the month at the JP Coughlin Center, 625 E. County Road Y, Oshkosh. Each month in 2008-2009, the Workgroup will be exploring one of the chapters of the “Local Indicators for Excellence (L.I.F.E.) in Winnebagoland 2008”.
