Your organization of the event was first rate! I always felt clear about
what to expect, and how things were going to proceed. I felt that all staff
was positive, reassuring and professional and I felt like I was well cared
for. Everyone realized we were not experienced in the medium and explained
things in enough detail to help us feel more comfortable. And I
especially appreciated some of the follow-up after the event.

As chair of our TE satellite planning committee, I was especially
impressed with the way you worked closely with our county colleagues so
they were able to confidently tell their stories. The short pieces
required engaging and prepping our county colleagues on very short
notice. You were able to gain their trust and allow them to tell their
stories well. Since the program, I have received numerous comments
from those who participated, about what a good learning experience it
