  Offered by University of Wisconsin-Stout
  Designed for educators, administrators, and corporate trainers who wish to learn strategies and techniques of e-learning and online teaching. Courses are offered online and any of the individual courses included as a part of the certificate sequence may be completed for professional development. Courses may also be used to fulfill the concentration requirement in UW-Stout’s online Master of Science in Education degree or as electives in the Master of Science degree in Career and Technical Education and Ed.S. degree in Career and Technical Education.

• E-learning Systems Certificate of Completion

  School of Extended Studies, Continuing Education in the Graduate School of Education
  Portland State University's certificate of completion in E-Learning Systems is designed for administrators, training managers, instructional designers/technologists, and instructors who are interested in maximizing resources and learning in their classrooms and other training environments. This certificate consists of four courses and a capstone project. All of the courses are offered entirely online; there is no requirement for campus residency to complete these courses. All courses may be taken for graduate credit and those credits may be applied toward a graduate degree from the Graduate School of Education or transferred to other university programs (with approval of the student's adviser). For those who do not desire graduate credit, but wish to participate in the certificate of completion program, these courses are also offered on a noncredit basis.
