Cancellations and Refunds
To cancel your registration, you MUST obtain a cancellation number from the Registration Office (608.262.0810). Registrants who do not attend and have not cancelled prior to the conference are liable for the total registration fee. Substitutes are allowed for people who have registered and cannot attend.
- Cancel by July 16, 2012: Full refund less $30 administrative charge
- Cancel by August 3, 2012: 50% refund
- Cancel after August 3, 2012: No refund
Full-time Student Rate
This rate is available to currently enrolled, full-time students. Students must register via mail or fax and send a copy of their student ID with a completed registration form indicating their institution and academic department. The Wednesday workshops and networking luncheon are optional and have separate fees. This rate may NOT be used in conjunction with other discounts.
On-site Group Rate
This rate is available for groups of THREE or more people from the same organization and billing address attending the face-to-face conference. Groups must register via mail or fax and send in the Group Payment Form along with the individual registration forms. Click here to see more information on group offerings and discounts. This rate may NOT be used in conjunction with other discounts.
Virtual Conference Option
For those unable to attend on site, you can join us at your desktop! This year we offer two virtual options at the per person or *group rate: Administrative or International Perspectives. Streaming service provided by Sonice Foundry Mediasite.
The virtual conference includes streamed, desktop access to:
- Information sessions from the Program Administration & Management track
- Three keynote addresses
- Thursday conference forum
- Friday closing panel
- Lightning sessions and more
*Group Virtual rate: We provide 3 log-ins for 3 computers/email addresses for your organization to view the live streamed and archived events. Log-in information will be sent directly
