Annual Conference on Distance Teaching and Learning
The Distance Learning Conference offers more than 150 workshops, seminars, keynotes, information sessions, course showcases, and in-depth forums. This international event is of interest, for both new and experienced educators, representing a wide variety of distance education environments. The Conference takes place every August in Madison, Wisconsin. -

Distance Learning.Wisconsin is a new Web site which provides information about the courses and programs offered via distance learning by the University of Wisconsin System campuses. The site is intended to be a starting point for information about student services, financial aid, admissions requirements, enrollment procedures, library resources, and more. Distance Learning.Wisconsin is a joint service of the Unversity of Wisconsin-Extension's Learning Innovations and Instructional Communications Systems, along with the campuses of the University of Wisconsin System. -
DESIEN
The Distance Education Systemwide Interactive Electronic Newsletter interactive is a searchable newsletter which was delivered via email to subscribers until December 2003. Archived issues offer original articles which emphasize distance education themes or focus items. DESIEN was published by the University of Wisconsin-Extension. -

The Distance Education Professional Development (DEPD) Program is designed to build or enhance your professional knowledge, skills, and leadership in distance/online education and training. It is sponosred by the University of Wisconsin-Madison. -

Instructional Communications Systems
ICS is the unit of the University of Wisconsin-Extension that provides audio, video, and data conferencing technologies and related services for educational, governmental, and non-profit organizations. We are located in The Pyle Center. -
Training Workshops for Videoconferencing
The Instructional Design Team of the University of Wisconsin-Extension Instructional Communications Systems (ICS) has developed customized basic and advanced workshops to help clients acquire videoconferencing skills. Training materials have also been created. -
UW Learning Innovations
A collaboration of University of Wisconsin-Extension and UW System, UW Learning Innovations provides instructional design and development, faculty development, marketing and learner services expertise to the 26 UW campuses in support of their online degree and certificate programs. UWLI also delivers more than 300 non-degree, print-based Independent Learning courses (many with e-mail capabilities) and provides external clients with creative, e-learning solutions. -
WADEN
Wisconsin Association of Distance Education Networks membership includes the directors and coordinators of over 40 regional and statewide networks. WADEN seeks to provide cooperative and collaborative distance education courses, programs, meetings, and community events to Wisconsin students, educators and citizens. The Web site includes a database of WADEN programs and courses. -
